Site species count:
This small cemetery lies behind the former Baptist Chapel. It is no longer in use but contains many graves dating back to the 1800's and before. The area is mostly grassland but has a large hedge and a wilder border along the eastern boundary.
The main grassland is now dominated by coarse grasses such as False-oat Grass, Cocksfoot and Yorkshire Fog, however rarer grasses can be found such as Yellow Oat-grass and Meadow Barley, indicating a more diverse meadow grassland in the past. The site has recently been gifted to Foxton Parish Council which now intends to reinstate grassland management.
