Ribautiana cruciata

Description

A small leafhopper associated with Elm.  Pale yellowish-green foreparts, greyish tint and dark spots on veins in the apical part of the forewing.  There are no dark spots at the tip of the vertex ('nose').  Dissection of males to examine internal genitalia will confirm identification.
