Kamchatka Stonecrop - Sedum kamtschaticum
A spreading plant with scalloped green leaves and clusters of bright yellow star like flowers it can form quite a dense carpet over small areas of ground.
Phedimus hybridus (formerly Sedum) is similar, but has not been recorded in VC55; it is evergreen, with smaller leaves and flowers
Flat leaves, thin, non-woody stems; leaves crenate/serrate at least at tips.

A casual escape from cultivation and rarely found far from habitation.
Flowers July to September.
Perennial.
Widespread but little recorded in Britain as an escape from cultivation.
Uncommon as a casual escape from cultivation in Leicestershire and Rutland. It was not recorded in the 1979 Flora survey of Leicestershire.
