Common Eyelash - Scutellinia scutellata
A small orange-red cup found mainly on wet rotten wood, usually in clusters. It has long brown marginal hairs.
There are many Scutellinia species found in the UK, and microscopic examination is needed to identify them.

Found on wet, rotted wood, or on damp soil nearby.
Spring to autumn.
