Ribautiana debilis

Description

A small leafhopper associated with various deciduous trees and shrubs. Pale yellowish foreparts with greyish marks at forewing apex; these marks may be indistinct.  Soem specimens have spots at the tip of the vertex and a small black spot at the apex of the pronotum, but these marks are variable and males/females differ.  Disssection of males to examine internal genitalia is needed to confirm identification.
