Elachiptera cornuta

Description

c3mm. Black thorax and head, yellow under-abdomen (dark on top) with yellow legs. The arista has strong black pubescence. The top of the thorax has dull longitudinal dorsal stripes (view from behind) and the scutellum is rough with many hairs emerging from small warty protuberances.
