Pucciniastrum agrimoniae
Thekopsora agrimoniae
The host species is Agrimony; only uredinia and telia are known. Orange uredinia are present on leaf undersides. This is not a gall-causer.
Photograph the rust on the host. Ensure you have noted the host-plant species in your comments
Agrimony
There is some inconsistency in sources regarding taxonomy. On Bladmineerders it is Quasipucciniastrum ochraceum, within the family Coleosporiaceae.
