Paluda flaveola
A yellow or orange leafhopper, without dark colouring; often a small black mark at the base of the antenna
There are several similar species, e.g. Elymana sulphurella, Rhopalopyx vitripennis and some Cicadula species.
Males need to be dissected to confirm - photograph the leaf hopper plus aedeagus and appendage to pygofer.
