Marcial Felgueiras - "Ria de Alvor: a day’s journey of discovery, history and conservation fights in Portugal’s Algarve hidden jewel"

Marcial writes: "I’m planning to have the presentation as a walk around different areas in the Alvor estuary, covering different habitats and, hopefully birds and other wildlife. It’s thought to be a walk that starts in the morning (with sunrise) and finishes in the afternoon with sunset, although we might use some night footage from some trap-cameras."

Marcial is CEO of and coordinates the nature conservation work of A Rocha, Portugal and the activities of the Study Center at Cruzinha in the Alvor estuary.
