NatureSpot currently features 476 Wild Places in Leicestershire and Rutland. We want more...
Wild Places are areas of wildlife interest, they help to highlight their biodiversity value and also encourage local people to visit and appreciate local nature. Recently, Groby resident John Alton realised that there were more natural green spaces in his village than we were featuring so has volunteered to put this right. Look out for more Groby Wild Places in the next few weeks!
You can view any of our Wild Place pages by either using the drop-down menu on the home page or by using the Wild Place link on the main menu which maps all the sites covered in Leicestershire and Rutland and has search and filter tools. If you can help to add more Wild Places in your area then please get in touch with us at info@naturespot.org
